Wedding transport is a coordination problem more than a vehicle problem. Guests arrive on a dozen different flights and trains across two days, need moving between hotel, venue and reception on a schedule set by the muhurtham, and then all need to leave at once. That is what our wedding desk is set up for.
We assign a single coordinator to each wedding booking who holds the whole movement plan, so families are not calling four different drivers. Multi-vehicle bookings are dispatched and tracked together, and the 16+1 LWB is usually the workhorse — the highest guest count per vehicle with luggage space intact.

We routinely run fleets of six to ten Urbania vans for a single wedding across our three hubs, and can scale further with notice. Book three to four weeks ahead for peak muhurtham dates — the wedding season genuinely does exhaust fleet availability across the whole market.

Light exterior floral decoration is fine and we can arrange it locally. We ask that adhesives are not applied directly to paintwork or glass, and any decoration is removed before the vehicle returns to service.
