Force Urbania Rental FAQs
Any commercial passenger vehicle crossing a state border needs a valid entry permit for the destination state. We buy the relevant Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala or Andhra Pradesh permit before the vehicle is dispatched, so your group is never delayed at a checkpost. The cost appears either inside an all-inclusive package or at actuals on your bill.
Driver batta is the daily allowance covering the chauffeur's food and lodging on outstation trips. It is ₹1,000 per day for the 10 and 12 seater Urbania and ₹1,200 per day for the 16 seater. An additional ₹300 night batta applies if the vehicle runs between 11 PM and 6 AM.
The Urbania is a generation ahead. It has a monocoque body with car-like independent front suspension rather than a ladder frame, full standing cabin height, individual ceiling AC vents, wide panoramic glass, and ABS with EBD and dual airbags as standard. On a long outstation run the difference in ride quality is immediately obvious.
We run owned hubs in Chennai, Bangalore and Mysore, covering Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and inter-state routes into Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. Because we operate at both ends of the Chennai–Bangalore and Mysore–Bangalore corridors, genuine one-way pricing is often available.
Toll and parking are paid at actuals against Fastag and receipts, and GST at 5 percent is charged extra on the standard tariff. If you would rather have one fixed number, ask for the all-inclusive package where tolls, parking and permits are pre-calculated into a single price.
For weekend hill-station routes to Coorg, Ooty or Kodaikanal we recommend seven to ten days. Wedding and corporate fleet bookings should be placed three to four weeks ahead. Airport transfers and local packages can usually be confirmed within twenty-four hours subject to availability.
