The 16+1 LWB is the high-capacity Force Urbania — a 16 seater van (17 including the driver) on the long 4400 mm wheelbase, and the workhorse of our wedding and delegation fleet. When people search for a "17 seater van rental" for a large group, this is the vehicle they mean: the highest guest count per vehicle in the range with luggage space still intact, so a party of sixteen travels together on one invoice instead of splitting across two smaller vans.

The long wheelbase is built for highways and open touring roads rather than the tightest hills — on routes like the Mullayanagiri summit road or Kodaikanal's Law's Ghat we will tell you honestly when a shorter variant is the safer choice. For weddings, conferences and airport group pickups, though, nothing in the fleet moves a large group more efficiently.

Standard on every 16+1 Seater LWB

  • Reclining seats with individual ceiling AC vents and reading lights
  • Full standing cabin height — no crouching down the aisle
  • Panoramic side glass with curtains
  • ABS with EBD, dual airbags and a reverse camera
  • USB charging points and a music system
  • First-aid kit, fire extinguisher and a GPS-tracked vehicle

16+1 Seater LWB — Questions

16 passengers plus the driver. Seat pitch is generous across the fleet, and every seat reclines with an individual ceiling AC vent and a reading light.

The rear boot takes roughly one large suitcase per two passengers at full occupancy, with additional space under the rear seats. For groups travelling with full luggage on a multi-day tour, we usually suggest booking one seat size up.

It handles standard ghat roads comfortably, but on the tightest hill routes — Mullayanagiri summit road, Kodaikanal's Law's Ghat, the Coonoor estate lanes — a shorter wheelbase is materially better. We will tell you honestly when that applies to your route.

Outstation runs at ₹48 per kilometre with a 300 km minimum per day, plus ₹1,200 driver batta. Local use is ₹6,500 for 8 hours and 80 km. Tolls, permits and GST are extra at actuals.
